I came here to get my fillings and redoing my root canal. The owners son ( who is also the manager of this office Mustafa ) I called him to let him know how I have experienced pain from the dental procedures. The Clamps/ Burr used on my gums caused me dental trauma. The manager started laughing at me. Not once but at 4 different times of me explaining and expressing him my concerns. I informed him another doctor had checked me and said that I experienced a lot of dental trauma and that the procedures were incomplete. As a patient I was extremely concerned as I have been through dental procedures before and never experienced anything such. Instead when I called the Manager Mustafa whose father is the Dr and the owner for this location started laughing at me. Not a single word of apology or any form of compensation came from them. Instead he made fun of me and made me wait over 72 hours to tell me his Dad will not call me and that he doesn’t care. I should contact the Dr who initially did my procedures. This entire place is a disaster and horrible people running this clinic. This person not only robbed me of my money but humiliated me. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place. The Picture is just the side that i could capture from my camera. My entire right side was filled with cuts like these. It’s not even about money that i wasted at this clinic it’s the disrespectful and ill treatment of the Owners themselves. I believe this experience with Mustafa the manager /owner was enough to know how much he cares about new patients. Mustafa I wish you maturity and professionalism in future.
