Dr. Upma Narula completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India in 2014 before moving to Canada to further her education.

She earned her Master’s degree in Global Health (MAS) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver, and went on to achieve her National Dental Examination Board (NDEB) certification in 2020. Dr. Narula is fully licensed with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and the Waterloo Wellington Dental Society (WWDS).

She is also a proud member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), reflecting her commitment to advanced clinical excellence and continuing education.

With over 12 years of professional experience, Dr. Narula is deeply passionate about dentistry and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with her patients and colleagues, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for everyone she treats.

Dr. Narula is dedicated to continuous learning and regularly pursues advanced training and professional development to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. She has extensive hands-on experience and expertise in Invisalign, implants and bone grafting, root canal therapy, wisdom teeth and other complicated extractions, nitrous oxide sedation, dentures, crowns and bridges, laminate and composite veneers.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Dr. Narula is able to connect with a diverse patient base and provide personalized care.
She is very detail oriented and loves to work with people of all age-groups.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Narula enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and exploring new places.

Dr. Kubra Yildirim is a certified general dentist practicing in Ontario. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgeon degree with honors from Ankara University, followed by an intensive 4-year Speciality in Orthodontics Program at Hacettepe University, where she also served as a teaching assistant in the Department of Orthodontics. With over a decade of experience in both general dental practice and orthodontics, Dr. Yildirim relocated to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and successfully completed the Canadian Board Certification program. She is a registered member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and an active member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and Canadian Dental Association (CDA).

Dr. Yildirim takes pride in her patient-centered approach to dentistry, prioritizing the understanding of each patient’s unique oral health needs and concerns. She fosters a welcoming environment to ensure patient comfort and well-being, taking time to thoroughly explain procedures and address any questions.

Dr. Yildirim is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry and has advanced experience in complex orthodontic treatments. Besides her dedication to providing comprehensive dental care across different age groups, Dr. Yildirim excels in providing care for her young patients ensuring they receive gentle and effective treatment tailored to their needs.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Yildirim loves travelling and finds joy in exploring new cultures. When not in the office, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Amel is a skilled dental professional with a diverse background and a passion for healthcare and design. Graduating from dental school in 2010 abroad, initially embarked on a career as a dentist, gaining valuable experience during a year of practice. In pursuit of new horizons, she transitioned to Canada and began her journey as a dental assistant in 2021, bringing her extensive knowledge of dental procedures and patient care to a new environment.

While dentistry remains a core part of Amel is professional identity, she has also cultivated a second career as a graphic designer. The intersection of creativity and precision drives her in both fields, showcasing her ability to blend scientific acumen with artistic flair. Her eye for detail and commitment to aesthetic excellence are evident not only in her dental work but also in the visually appealing designs she crafts.

Susan Kaur is a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist who has spent her career ensuring that smiles not only shine brightly but also radiate optimal health. With a strong foundation in dental care, a passion for patient education, and a warm, empathetic approach, Susan has become a trusted figure in her community.

Elizabeth Cowperthwaite – or Lizzie to most, graduated from Westervelt college as a level 2 dental assistant with honours in November of 2018 and strived to learn and experience all aspects of clinical dentistry from basic restorative work to a variety of dental specialities, she enjoyed chair side assisting up until the pandemic hit and like many others was able to take some time at home with her family. During the time off through the summer of 2020, she made the decision to go back to school and pursue and education in dental hygiene to be able to do more and help patients achieve better oral health and dental knowledge as she always enjoyed explaining and helping others understand more about oral health and the dental profession.

Lizzie graduated from Southern Ontario Dental College in early July 2022 on the deans’ honour roll, and served three out of her four semesters there as student council president.
When not at work, Lizzie loves spending time with her son and daughter and husband, and has two dogs, one cat, and one fish. She can be found frequently at the park with her husband and kids, but also enjoys spending time at home working on some type of Pinterest style DIY flip project.

Lizzie looks forward providing the highest quality care for her clients, and helping them to understand the importance of good oral health, and how to achieve it through personalized ways- both at home, and in the dental office.
